On April 20-21 we’ll be hosting this year’s EU-Startups Summit in Barcelona! Our annual flagship event will gather over 2,000 founders, startup enthusiasts and investors for two exciting days of networking, inspiration and learning. Our jam-packed agenda will feature some of Europe’s most successful entrepreneurs of our time. We’ll have two stages, great networking opportunities, workshops, a buzzing exhibition hall, and, our annual Pitch Competition focused on early-stage startups.

This year, we’re going one step further to push the frontiers of reality, and aside of our main Pitch Competition for early-stage startups, we will also have a dedicated Pitch Competition exclusively for startups innovating in the Metaverse and in the Web 3 space.

The Metaverse is shaping the future of tech and has the potential to cause big changes across markets globally. From work to travel to healthcare, the metaverse is a new reality and it’s here to stay. For this reason, we’ve partnered with Silicon Castles this year to host the very first Metaverse & Web3 Pitch Competition!

It’s a unique opportunity for Europe’s most exciting Metaverse- and Web3-related startups to present and actively engage with investors, corporates, other attendees and Metaverse/Web3 maniacs. Apply now! The application deadline is on February 25.

Who’s it for?

For Web3 and VR/AR/Metaverse-related startups that were founded within the last 3 years and that are either headquartered in Europe or have a strong presence in Europe.

The Prize & Jury

The 10 finalists will receive a free ticket for this year’s EU-Startups Summit and the opportunity to present their company on stage as part of the Metaverse & Web3 pitch competition.
